“Fameline properties” is located next to the main highway in Limassol. The busy façade from the entry side and the colourful composition of panels on the view from the highway makes the building stand out from its surroundings. The architect designed a solid volume where office space can be adjustable according to the furniture and employees needs. Each floor has an open plan space divided into two parts with “waiting boxes”. The simple and very flexible functional arrangement of the building strengthens its identity among its chaotic surroundings.
